The dead cannot cry out for justice; it is a duty of the living to do so for them. Lois McMaster Bujold

Michael "Blaise" Landry
Four wonderful years you were here, now my eyes fill with tears. My baby boy is alone in heaven, his new home. Never again will I see that cute little smile he would give me. This pain in my heart is so bad, I feel as if I'm going mad. I hear your voice in the night and close my eyes as your face comes to sight. No more little feet hitting the floor or the sound of your tiger roar. LSU will never be the same, it has lost its No. 1 fan, and we have lost our little man. God, one day we will understand how this little angel on earth went so soon, to be your angel in the promised land.
Michael "Blaise" Landry died Friday, April 10, 2009 at Pointe Coupee General Hospital in New Roads after being mauled in his own yard by his neighbors three Boxers. He was born on Jan. 29, 2005. He was 4 years old and a resident of Morganza, Louisiana. Survived by his loving parents, Robert A. Landry and Tammy Weber Landry of Morganza and older brother, Devin Taylor Landry.

Since this horrific tragedy there has been a Louisiana Act passed known as: The Luna McDaniel and Michael "Blaise" Landry ACT No. 199
This beautiful innocent childs legacy will live on forever and hopefully not only protect but provide justice for other victims of dog bites and maimings.
